Account details: email address and password (stored encrypted), or the basic profile Google shares if you sign in with Google.
Listing details you enter: name, sport, position, age group, gender, city, team, height and weight, stats, availability, social handles, and contact details you choose to publish.
Media: profile photos, team badges, and highlight videos you upload.
Private records: referee license numbers and expiration dates, and coach certification details, which are used only to verify credentials and are never shown publicly.
Technical data: basic logs needed to keep the site secure and working.
To create and display your listing, let people search and filter directories, deliver player and team evaluations, contact you about your account, and prevent abuse.
For coaches and referees, we also use license numbers and certification details to verify your credentials with US Soccer and local or state associations before your listing is published. Every coach and referee on AI1 must have a verified license.
We do not sell your personal information.
Anything in a published listing is visible to anyone visiting the site — that is the purpose of a directory. Your email, password, referee license number, coach certification records, and unpublished drafts are not public. You can unpublish or delete a listing at any time.
Athletes aged 17 may create and manage their own account. Athletes aged 16 and under must be registered and managed by a parent or legal guardian, who must confirm consent during sign-up before the profile can be published. The parent controls the profile and can edit, unpublish, or delete it at any time.
For youth profiles we recommend publishing city-level location only, never a home address or school schedule, and routing contact through the parent.
AI1 is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe an under-13 athlete has been listed, email us and we will delete the profile and its data promptly.
Only upload photos and video you have the right to share, including permission from everyone recognizable in them and from the parent of any minor. Uploaded files are stored in a private storage area and shown through time-limited links; deleting a listing removes its media.
Data is stored in a managed, access-controlled database with per-account rules so users can only edit their own records. We share data only with the service providers that host the site, database, storage, and email delivery, or when legally required.
We use cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in. If we add analytics or advertising measurement, we will update this policy and describe those cookies before turning them on.
You can access, correct, export, or delete your information. Manage most of it from your account, or email us and we will action the request. Parents may exercise these rights on behalf of their athlete.
