Terms of Service

AI1 ("we", "us") operates an online directory where athletes, teams, coaches, referees, and tournament organizers can publish listings, share highlights, and receive player evaluations. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms.

Athletes aged 17 and older may create and manage their own account. Athletes aged 16 and under must be registered and managed by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on the athlete's behalf.

We do not knowingly create accounts for children under 13 and do not collect their information. If we learn that an under-13 profile exists, we remove it and delete the associated data.

When a parent or guardian registers an athlete under 18 they confirm that they are the athlete's parent or legal guardian, that they consent to the athlete's name, sport, position, location details, photo, and highlight video appearing publicly on AI1, and that they may withdraw that consent at any time by unpublishing or deleting the profile, or by emailing us.

You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you publish, including stats, records, schedules, pricing, and credentials. Referee license numbers are stored privately and are not shown publicly.

By uploading photos or video you confirm you have the right to share them, including permission from everyone recognizable in them, and you grant AI1 a licence to display that media on the site and in promotion of the site. You keep ownership of your content.

The safety of athletes and the quality of the game come first. Every coach and referee on AI1 must hold a verified license. When you register as a coach or referee you must provide your license details, and we verify them with US Soccer and the relevant local or state association before your listing is published. Listings without a verified license are not shown on the site.

You must keep your license current. If your license expires, lapses, or is revoked, tell us right away — we will unpublish your listing until it is verified again. Submitting false credentials is a breach of these terms and will result in permanent removal.

Verification confirms that a license exists and is current at the time we check it. It is not an endorsement by AI1, US Soccer, or any association, and it does not guarantee the quality of any session, game, or service.

AI1 scorecards are subjective opinions produced by our evaluators on a 1–5 scale. They are not guarantees of ability, playing time, recruitment, or scholarship outcomes. See the scorecard methodology for how ratings are produced.

Do not impersonate anyone, publish false credentials, harass other users, scrape or resell listings, contact minors for anything other than legitimate sporting purposes, or upload unlawful or abusive content. We may remove listings and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Training sessions, tournament entries, and any other services listed on AI1 are provided by the coach, club, or organizer — not by AI1. Bookings and payments made directly with them are their responsibility, and any disputes are between you and them.

You can delete your listing at any time from your account. Contact us if you want your account and stored media removed entirely, and we will delete them.

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI1 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or from your dealings with other users.
